At Baywi, we are fully aligned with Google Play’s Child Safety Standards, despite the fact that our app is strictly intended for adults aged 18 and over. We have implemented strong verification, moderation, and reporting mechanisms to ensure that minors cannot access our platform and that all user interactions remain respectful, secure, and within legal and ethical boundaries.
1. Intended Audience – Adults Only (18+)
Baywi is designed exclusively for adult users. The app is not suitable for children or minors under any circumstances. We have taken the following steps to ensure only users 18 years or older can access our services:
- Age-gate on registration requiring date of birth
- Marked as “18+ only” in Google Play and within all promotional materials
- Optional legal age verification through the upload of valid government-issued ID (e.g. passport, national ID card, driver’s license) where required for compliance or safety review
Any user who is found to be under 18 will have their access immediately revoked, and all associated data will be securely deleted.
2. Prohibited Content – No Nudity or Sexual Content
Baywi maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy regarding inappropriate or adult content. The following are explicitly prohibited on our platform:
- Nudity (full or partial)
- Sexually explicit or suggestive content
- Sexual services, innuendo, or solicitation
- Adult roleplay or erotica
- Sexually graphic usernames, bios, messages, or images
All content submitted by users is subject to automated scanning tools and human moderation. Violations lead to content removal, user warnings, suspensions, or permanent bans.
3. Age Verification – Legal ID Documents
To maintain the integrity of our 18+ policy and reduce the risk of underage access, Baywi may request valid government-issued identification from users in specific cases, such as:
- Account reviews flagged by moderators
- Verification for certain features or roles within the app
- Compliance with local regulations
All documents are securely transmitted and stored according to GDPR and Google Play’s User Data policies, and are never shared with third parties.
4. User Reporting and Safety Mechanisms
Baywi empowers the community to maintain a safe environment through in-app reporting tools. Users can easily report:
- Suspicious accounts
- Potential minors attempting to use the app
- Inappropriate content
- Harassment or abusive behavior
Our team reviews every report manually, and takes swift action including warnings, suspensions, identity verification, or permanent removal depending on the severity of the case.
Additionally, users can block others at any time and control their privacy settings within the app.
5. Data Handling and Compliance
Baywi does not collect data from users under 18, and implements strong access controls and age filters to prevent this.
All personal data — including identity documents where applicable — is processed in accordance with:
- GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation)
- Google Play’s Data Safety policies
- Relevant local laws depending on user region
We do not serve interest-based ads or behavioral targeting within the app.

While Baywi is not directed at children, we maintain proactive controls to ensure no minors can access or be exposed to inappropriate content. We fully comply with:

- Google Play Families Policy (as relevant for exclusion)
